Public Safety


The OCCA Security Administration office is located at the base of the Club Tower Two building. OCCA Security is responsible for manning the entrance gates and for the entire grounds. Full security services  are provided to all buildings that fall under the umbrella of OCCA management. Limited services are provided to those buildings that have contracted with other property management companies. These services include assistance with resident lock-outs and maintenance of resident access devices. The Security office provides residents with FOBs, vehicle transponders and coordinates with the Accounting office for member and guest cards.

VERIFIED VISITOR QR CODE SYSTEM

 

The Ocean Club currently uses the ABDI Gate Access website and smartphone APP. GateAccess.net is a premier website allowing member community residents to access certain parts of their account information. It will allow you to quickly and efficiently control gate access for your guests from your desktop computer or smartphone in real time. 

For iPhone and iPad users, visit the App Store and search for “gateaccess”. For Android devices, visit the Google Play Store and search for “gateaccess”.

HOW DO I LOG INTO THE SYSTEM VIA COMPUTER?

Using any standard web browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), navigate to https://link.edgepilot.com/s/15360e51/NBjkO5GlskiLC0zgvoja8A?u=http://www.gateaccess.net/. At the login screen, select OCCA from the dropdown list, and enter your primary phone number (10 digits ONLY, without spaces, dashes, and parenthesis). Your code is your OCCA Member number. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the overview page that includes news and important phone numbers.

STEPS TO SEND A FAST PASS TO YOUR GUEST:

  1. The guest must come in and be registered with the PSD at least once.
  2. To be eligible for the program, the PSD requires the guest's driver's license and license plate information.
  3. In the app, you'll observe that their name is marked with "+QR" alongside it.

This signifies that your guest meets the criteria for entry through the resident's gate, utilizing the QR code reader installed at the front gate. Your guest can scan the QR code at the location indicated by the red light.
